SMS MESSAGING TERMS & COMPLIANCE
1. Program Overview
T F F MANAGEMENT LLC Dba StratefiAI operates two separate SMS messaging programs. You may opt into one, both, or neither:
Program 1: Marketing SMS Messages
• Purpose: Special offers, discounts, product updates, service promotions, and news about StratefiAI services
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on promotional campaigns (typically 4-8 messages per month when opted in)
• Opt-in Method: Checkbox on opt-in forms stating "I consent to receive marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates from StratefiAI"
• Recipient: Real estate professionals interested in StratefiAI AI Concierge automation services
Program 2: Account Notification SMS Messages
• Purpose: Transactional messages including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, webinar invitations, account alerts, and service-related updates
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments and events (typically 1-3 messages per appointment or event)
• Opt-in Method: Checkbox on opt-in forms stating "I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from StratefiAI about booking confirmations, appointment reminders, webinar invitations, and account updates"
• Recipient: Real estate professionals who have scheduled appointments or registered for webinars with StratefiAI
2. Opt-In Requirements & Consent
• SMS opt-in is voluntary and separate from account creation, service purchases, or any other transactions
• You will only receive SMS messages if you have explicitly opted in by checking the corresponding SMS consent checkbox
• Both SMS consent checkboxes are unchecked by default—you must actively select them to receive messages
• Each SMS program (Marketing and Account Notifications) requires independent, separate consent
• We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions and consent selections

Consent is NOT a Condition of Service:

• For questions about your text plan or data plan charges, contact your wireless service provider directly
• Message frequency varies based on your selections and activity level
6. Carrier Information & Liability
Supported Carriers:
• Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers
• Supported carriers may vary based on your location
Carrier Liability:
• Carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages
• StratefiAI is not responsible for carrier delays or service interruptions
• We do not guarantee real-time message delivery but make every reasonable effort to deliver messages promptly

Account Notification SMS Message Examples:
• "Confirmation: Your demo is scheduled for [Date] at [Time]. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

• "Account alert: Your AI Concierge is now live. Test it here: [Link]"
8. Age Restriction
• You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in either SMS messaging program
• By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old
9. Privacy & Data Protection
