The Systems Audit

The Systems Audit

The Systems Audit is a full review of how your business captures, responds to, and converts leads. We look at your lead response speed, missed-call handling, booking flow, follow-up systems, website, and online reviews, then hand you a written strategy with a prioritized roadmap. It starts at $750. The findings are yours whether you hire us or not.

The Diagnostic

What's included in the Systems Audit

Every audit covers the six places where service businesses lose revenue. You get plain, specific findings on each one.

01

Lead response speed

How fast new inquiries get answered, and what happens when they are not.

02

Missed-call handling

What callers hear and receive when you cannot pick up.

03

Booking flow

How easy it is for a prospect to book, and where they drop off.

04

Follow-up systems

What happens after first contact, and how many touches you actually make.

05

Website conversion

Whether your site turns visitors into calls and bookings.

06

Online presence and reviews

What prospects find when they search for you, and what your reviews say about you.

The Process

How the Systems Audit works

1

Book and pay

Pick a time at the link below and complete payment. No payment, no audit — this keeps the work honest on both sides.

2

Intake call

We walk through a short checklist together: website access, analytics, Google Business Profile, how your calls and booking work today. The audit clock starts once we’ve received everything on the list.

3

We review your systems

We go through the six areas above using your actual accounts, site, and listings — not a template, not a surface scan.

4

You get the report

A written strategy with a prioritized action roadmap and priority scoring on every finding, so you know what to fix first.

5

You decide what’s next

Fix it yourself, take it to another agency, or hire us to build it. The audit stands on its own either way.

Turnaround

How long does the audit take

You receive the full written strategy within 7 business days of us receiving everything on the intake checklist. The clock starts when your materials are in, not when you book — so there’s no dead time on either side. Need it faster? Rush delivery (3 business days) is available at 25% above your tier.

How much does the Systems Audit cost

Three tiers. Every tier gets the same honest, human-done diagnostic — the tiers differ in depth and breadth, never in quality.

Fit

Is the Systems Audit for you

Who it’s for

Service businesses that already get leads but suspect they are losing them. Slow callbacks. No follow-up. A website that does not convert. Reviews going unanswered. If growth feels stuck while the phone still rings, the audit shows you exactly where the leaks are.

Who it’s not for

Anyone expecting overnight results. Systems take time to build and they compound over time. If you want a magic fix by Friday, we are not your agency. The audit will still be honest with you, but do not pay for honesty you plan to ignore.

Questions

Systems Audit questions, answered

What exactly do I get at the end of the audit?

You receive a written strategy, a prioritized action roadmap, and priority scoring on every finding. Each issue is ranked by impact, so you know what to fix first, what can wait, and what is not worth your money. The report is plain language and it belongs to you.

Do I have to hire StratefiAI after the audit?

No. The audit is a standalone diagnostic. Take the roadmap to your own team or another agency if you prefer. If you want us to build what it finds, we install Websites & Landing Pages and Social Media Management systems. The choice is yours.

Is the audit a sales pitch in disguise?

No. It is a diagnostic. You are paying for the findings, so there is nothing to pitch. If the audit shows you do not need us, the report will say so. We would rather lose a sale than sell you a system you do not need.

How long does the audit take?

The Essential audit is delivered within 7 business days of us receiving everything on the intake checklist. Growth takes 10 business days, Scale takes 14. The clock starts when your materials are in — not when you book — so nobody’s time gets wasted. Rush delivery (3 business days) is available on any tier at 25% above the tier price.

Why does the audit start at $750 instead of being free?

Free audits are lead magnets. They find one problem and pitch one product. A paid audit has nothing to push, so the findings stay honest. The $750 Essential tier covers the full six-area review, the written strategy, and the prioritized roadmap. Higher tiers ($1,500 Growth, $2,500 Scale) add ad-platform reviews, competitor snapshots, multi-location coverage, and call-data analysis. Enterprise firms charge $7,500 and up for comparable work.

Will the audit tell me if I need a new website?

Yes, if the evidence points that way. Website conversion is one of the six areas we assess. If your site is the bottleneck, the roadmap will say so and rank the fix by priority. If your site is fine and your follow-up is the problem, the report will say that instead.

What do you need from me to run the audit?

Six things, collected on a short intake call after booking: website access, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile access, how your calls are handled today, and how prospects book you now. If you run ads, have a CRM, or use email/SMS follow-up, we’ll ask for read-only access to those too. The audit clock starts once everything’s in.

How is this different from a free online website grader?

Automated graders scan your code. They cannot call your business, test your booking flow, or read your reviews the way a prospect does. The audit is a human review of the full system that turns strangers into booked jobs, not a score on your page speed.
