Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the StratefiAI website and your interaction with services provided by T F F MANAGEMENT LLC d/b/a StratefiAI ("StratefiAI," "we," "our," or "us"). By using this website, submitting a form, or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

StratefiAI provides marketing agency services, which may include website and landing page design, social media management, systems audits, and related growth consulting. The specific services, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a proposal, statement of work, or agreement signed by both parties.

2. Proposals & Payment

Fees are stated in each proposal or agreement. Retainer services are billed in advance of each billing period. Invoices are due per the terms of the applicable agreement, and late payments may pause work and accrue interest as stated there.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, content, brand assets, and access to accounts needed to perform the services. Delays in providing these may shift agreed timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are yours to use for your business. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may reference work we produced for you in our portfolio and case studies.

5. Results & Testimonials

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Any results, metrics, or testimonials shown on this site reflect specific past engagements and are not a guarantee of future performance for your business.

6. Third-Party Platforms

We may build, manage, or recommend third-party platforms (such as form, booking, CRM, hosting, and advertising tools). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, StratefiAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as provided in the applicable agreement. Fees for work performed through the termination date remain due.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
